Sebuah perusahaan di sektor media di Jakarta mencari Associate Product Manager untuk membantu tim produk dalam analisis pasar dan pengembangan visi produk. Dalam peran ini, Anda akan berkolaborasi dengan tim lintas fungsi dan bertanggung jawab untuk implementasi fitur baru serta mengelola feedback pengguna. Qualifications

• Pengalaman 0-2 tahun, fresh graduate dipersilakan, pengalaman magang di startup atau proyek konsultan lebih diutamakan.

Responsibilities

• Menyarankan peningkatan produk untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna.
• Melakukan kontrol kualitas pada produk.
• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen teknik untuk delivering solusi fungsional.
• Melakukan riset untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan celah pasar.
• Memprioritaskan implementasi fitur baru dan menetapkan garis waktu.
• Bekerja sama dengan departemen pemasaran untuk memastikan iklan produk.
• Memantau dan melaporkan reaksi pengguna setelah peluncuran.
• Menciptakan dokumen dukungan dan pelatihan.
• Berpartisipasi dalam konfigurasi sistem.
• Menganalisis kompetisi yang ada di pasar.

Job Description

Associate Product Manager will work directly under Product Manager in helping the Product team in analyzing market and competitive conditions and helps laying out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. The role of the associate product manager spans many activities from strategic to tactical and at its best helps providing cross-functional leadership-bridging gaps within the company between different functions, most notably between engineering-oriented teams, sales and marketing, and support related to the product assigned. The position will help the Product Manager in reducing the time to prototype and produce ideas across divisions.

What you will be doing :

• Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Perform quality assurance controls on products.
• Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Prioritize the implementation of new features and set specific timelines.
• Liaise with marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products.
• Monitor and report on user reactions after launching
• Create support and training documents for internal and external users
• Participate in system configuration
• Analyze existing competition in the market

Qualifications

• Previous work experience as an Associate Product Manager or similar role
• Business and microeconomics knowledge
• Computer algorithm
• Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
• Familiarity with market research, consumer behaviour, and marketing techniques
• Hands-on experience with web technologies is highly preferred
• Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
