Qualifications

• Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise a purchasing team.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to establish strong supplier relationships.
• Proficient in using purchasing software and SAP systems is a must.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and responsiveness. Managing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of goods and services.
• Negotiating and pricing in order to secure the best possible terms for the company.
• To receive Indent and ICN and conduct meeting.
• To make production and delivery plan.
• To make capacity plan.
• To make import planning.
• To make shortage calculation.
• To avoid line stop.
• To coordinate with all concerned departement for smooth production and delivery to all customers.
• To conduct capacity meeting and follow up with all concerned departement.
• Any other task assigned from time to time.
