Job Description

Lead the development, implementation, support, and management of Lalamove’s vehicle‑rental and rental‑related business strategies and execution plans. In the early stages, engage effectively with prospective customers to uncover true needs and craft tailored product solutions. Work cross‑functionally to identify efficiency gains, design and manage processes, and ensure operations align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research for vehicle‑rental services: map potential customers, analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and products, and design solutions based on findings.
  • Act as customer‑service rep, salesperson, and product manager during the initial business‑model build‑out.
  • Establish and continuously optimize processes, proposing data‑ and technology‑driven improvements.
  • Coordinate projects with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
  • Monitor transformation‑project performance via KPIs and report regularly to senior management.
  • Benchmark best practices in vehicle‑rental and logistics industries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or vehicle‑rental industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or equivalents).
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
