Job summary

A leading apparel manufacturing company in Indonesia seeks a team leader to develop garment styles and manage the development process. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in the Garment industry and be fluent in English. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. This role is based in Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 8, Cikarang.

Job description

Lead the team to develop styles with customer and win the orders (achievement orientation)

Assist Manager MD in managing development flow (material dev., samples with Product Dev. team, costing, and timeline)

Assist Manager MD in managing setting up and maintenance dev. data in system (material and Bill of material)

Identify the saving opportunity of existing product or new product

Assist Manager MD in managing the material sourcing/resourcing

Requirements:

Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree from any major

Min. 3 years of working experience in the same field in Garment industry

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Have strong leadership, analytic, negotiation, and problem solving skills

Assertive, well planned, target oriented

Willing to working in Kawasan Industri Delta Silicon 8, Cikarang (Plant 2)
