Role Description

ZIBAA Group is looking for a passionate and experienced Assistant Manager / Supervisor to join our Group. In this role, you will support daily operations, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure smooth team performance. You’ll work closely with the management team to uphold ZIBAA’s high standards in quality, service, and hospitality.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in overseeing daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and coach team members on service standards and SOPs
  • Support recruitment, training, evaluation, and disciplinary processes
  • Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene standards
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints in a timely, professional manner
  • Manage inventory, control costs, and support ordering & stock rotation
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness regulations
  • Take charge in the absence of the Store Manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B/hospitality, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
