Job description

Main Duties:

Good coordination and cooperation with Manager to perform best Ocean Freight – (Export & Import) services with aim developing Ocean Freight business, including warehousing, custom brokerage and inland arrangement.

Assuring shipping document complete as needed, including but not limited to all international shipment such as permit and license of Ocean Import & Export shipments.

Responsible to coordinate with relevant parties for Ocean Freight trafficking functions, data entry (Manifest), Custom operators and document distribution duties associated with customers and Ocean Freight team.

Well understanding of Incoterm shipments, Custom clearance process and Trucking arrangement.

Prompt reporting for shipment moving status by review daily monitoring report, ensure all measurement standards are met and proactively report non conformances to Manager and/or Management.

Checking and encouraging immediate and correct realization cash advance of Ocean Export & Import and Billing team sending invoice on time.

Assuring all activities comply with valid regulations, compliance, SOP and KPI.

Assuring cargo release immediately with good coordination with trucking coordinator for on time delivery to customers.

Being good advisor for internal ocean team and customers in scope of Ocean Freight services and Custom process.

Giving good feedback to Management for expansion service of Ocean business.

Informing to Ocean team and Management for update/valid government regulation to be complied.
