Job Description:

• Identify future requirements of the assigned PT for mechanical engineering solutions, and develop these solutions through adequate preplanning, establishing short-term and medium to long-term work plans.
• Review and ensure efficient layout and structuring of the workshop to facilitate smooth operations by analyzing activity frequency and duration.
• Develop key performance targets and benchmarks by comparing with other general mechanical workshops in the industry.
• Establish detailed procedures, processes, and flowcharts for main activities within the workshop.
• Create documentation, systems, and controls to monitor work activities, and propose effective monitoring mechanisms.
• Improve the operational level and roadworthiness of transport vehicles by enhancing maintenance practices, selecting appropriate spare parts, and establishing maintenance schedules.
• Conduct technical analyses on vehicles/equipment, perform internal fabrications, review equipment effectiveness, and develop performance improvement strategies.
• Prepare budgets for the workshop and mechanical engineering division by assessing required resources.
• Inquire about fabrication experience.
• Discuss expected monthly basic salary.
