Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field

  • Familiar with the licensing process, especially manufacturing companies
  • Strong understanding of business law and the ability to provide practical and effective legal advice
  • Understand civil, criminal, business, corporate, PKPU, and bankruptcy laws; thorough in reviewing agreements and other legal documents related to the company’s business activities
  • Capability of litigation of legal issues and assistance with legal officials
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) or Mandarin
Responsibilities
  • Assure all permits and licenses are valid (OSS, Halal Certificate, ISO Certificate, Kosher certificate, functional certificate, RKL-RPL Rinci, IMB/PBG, etc.); comply with regulations and manage in the most efficient way to add value to the company
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties; attend meetings and manage correspondences with external parties (e.g., regulators, external counsel, public authorities, KBN, BKPM, MoLHR, Ministry of Industry, law firms, police)
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  • Handle investment activity reports (LKPM), submission of industrial data to SIINas system, quarterly report implementation of RKL-RPL Rinci to KBN, and environmental services at provincial and North Jakarta levels
  • Conduct legal research for special legal conditions and offer proactive advice to the Board of Directors
  • Settlement of criminal cases that occurred in factory
  • Handle day-to-day legal operations
  • Monitor and manage corporate legal documentation
