A confidential company in Jakarta is seeking an Executive Secretary to assist in managing the daily calendar and support during travel. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities, coordination skills, and proficiency in English. The role requires readiness to work weekends or holidays if necessary, and to ensure smooth operations alongside other household staff. This is a dynamic and essential position supporting high-level executive tasks.
Experience in managing daily activities with a tight schedule (daily schedule and business schedule).
Strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Willingness to travel and assist User during the travel (local or overseas).
Proficiency in English.
Organize and manage User's daily calendar.
Assist and accompany User during every schedule.
Assist User during travel and accompany on overseas or local travels.
Coordination with other household staff, vendors as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Perform all other duties assigned by User.
Ready to work on the weekend or national holiday (if it is needed).
