General Manager for Shopping Mall

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in mall management or a similar managerial position, with a proven track record of success in a retail or commercial property environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of mall operations, including leasing, marketing, security, and maintenance
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and cost-control strategies
• Creative and strategic thinker with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth
• Knowledge of the Malang market and the retail landscape in East Java is an advantage
• Fluency in Indonesian : English proficiency is a plus.
