About Art Gallery Manager

Able to speak English and tech-savvy. Ready to be placed in Kediri, Tabanan, Bali.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily functioning of Art Gallery, ensuring it is always visitor-ready and aligned with Nuanu’s aesthetic and operational standards.
  • Manage scheduling and logistics for: solo, group, and gallery-takeover exhibitions; brand activations and festival programs; workshops, product launches, and private events.
  • Liaise with cleaning, facilities, security, and technical teams to maintain smooth operations.
  • Oversee use of storage and manage inventory for installations, materials, and equipment.
  • Actively promote the gallery as a creative and commercial venue to institutions, brands, artists, and event organizers.
  • Manage rental inquiries, walkthroughs, rate negotiations, contracts, and execution.
  • Maintain and evolve pricing structures, venue packages, and combined Gallery + Dome rental offerings.
  • Coordinate closely with Nuanu Internal team to support revenue reporting and 50/50 profit sharing.
  • Work with Nuanu’s Special Art Projects team on exhibition timelines, installations, and events.
  • Liaise with artists, curators, and institutions through all phases of project delivery.
  • Maintain production calendars and coordinate install/de-install logistics.
  • Build relationships with cultural institutions, embassies, universities, and creative networks.
  • Explore long-term and recurring collaborations, including gallery takeovers and brand activations.
  • Develop in-kind partnerships with aligned sponsors (e.g., F&B, media, wellness).
  • Collaborate with Nuanu’s Communications team to promote exhibitions, rentals, and events.
  • Keep all promotional materials updated: floor plans, specs, rate cards, and brand decks.
  • Oversee documentation of exhibitions and events for marketing and archiving.
  • Track and report monthly gallery revenue, rentals, sales, and expenses.
  • Support in annual budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strategize space usage to optimize income while maintaining curatorial quality.
  • Ensure the gallery is a welcoming and inclusive space for all visitors — from institutions to the public.
  • Collect and implement visitor feedback to improve spatial experience and programming.
  • Supervise and support the performance of the front-of-house team (receptionist and gallery assistant).
