Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work

• Supervise and manage the performance of multiple retail stores within the assigned area
• Drive sales growth through effective execution of sales strategies, merchandising, and promotions
• Ensure optimal inventory control, stock accuracy, and minimal shrinkage
• Conduct regular and monthly stock opname to maintain accurate inventory data
• Coach, train, and develop Store Leaders, SPG/SPB to achieve high performance
• Conduct routine store visits to ensure SOP compliance and excellent customer service standards
• Coordinate with Marketing and HO teams to execute campaigns and promotions effectively
• Monitor operational costs, store expenses, and basic financial performance
• Handle operational challenges and escalated customer complaints professionally
• Ensure all store staff comply with company policies, SOPs, and retail regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Area Supervisor / Retail Area Supervisor / Regional Supervisor
• Background in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or FMCG retail is an advantage
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales performance, and inventory management
• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making ability
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem‑solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Bali
