Our client is a Fashion Retail company. Currently, they are looking for an Area Store Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Management of Existing Stores: Regular visits and audits of each store.
• Inventory control for directly managed stores.
• Supervision and guidance of sales staff.
• Product planning and development: Collecting and organizing customer feedback and requests.
• Reporting to Japanese management.
• Proposing new products and product improvements.
• Market research: Research and negotiations for new store openings (e.g., in malls or department stores).
• Other duties assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Basic English skills.
• Working experience as store management in apparel retail industry for more than 3 years.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
