Job summary

A leading paper production company in Surabaya is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will manage sales operations, increase sales targets, and open new markets in East Java. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG or paper industry, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel within East Java is required.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience as Area Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager.
• Experience in the FMCG or paper industry is preferred.
• Must be a high achiever, target-oriented.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably from reputable university
• At least 7 years exprience on handling sales as Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager covering Surabaya and East Java area, preferably from FMCG or paper industry background
