Job summary

A global innovation company based in Indonesia is seeking a Field Sales Professional to develop opportunities in Kalimantan and other regions. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and a background in serving industrial customers, particularly those in Mining and Oil & Gas sectors. Fluency in English is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in field sales.
  • Certified in safety education (AK3) is an advantage.
  • Experience with industrial customers in Mining, Oil and Gas, Cement, and Construction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business in Kalimantan and East Indonesia.
  • Proactively contact Priority Accounts.
  • Collaborate with Channel partners for Product Spec-in.

Location

This position is based in Balikpapan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop opportunities and add‑on business in Kalimantan and other East Indonesia area.
  • Proactive customer contact to Priority Accounts.
  • Collaborate with Channel partner to prioritize effort in Product Spec‑in and monitor contractual tender.
Requirements
  • Has a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or diploma graduates are also welcome.
  • Has no less than 3 - 5 years of experience in field sales.
  • Certified AK3 (or any safety education) will be advantage.
  • Has significant experience with industrial customers especially in Mining & Oil and Gas industries, Cement Industries, Construction, Chemicals, and other General Industrial Segments Accounts.
  • A self‑driven and highly motivated person with the initiative and want to learn the desired traits.
  • Has the ability to make formal presentations to all levels of the organization, customers and peers.
  • Good communication and team work.
  • Independent (able to work in the field with minimum supervision).
  • Fluent in English.
