We are a leading distributor of medical devices seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand market trends in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the medical device sector.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to provide product knowledge, technical support, and after-sales service.
  • Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • At least 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, or FMCG distribution.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
