Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage sales strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Lead and develop the team: Evaluate performance and provide guidance to the sales team to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Set sales targets: Establish realistic sales targets for the team and monitor their progress.
  • Analyze sales data: Review and analyze sales data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and make accurate strategic decisions.
  • Manage budgets: Ensure the sales team’s operational budget is controlled and allocated efficiently.
  • Monitor market competition: Conduct market and competitor insights to support company plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure the overall success of company objectives.
  • Act as a communication bridge: Communicate effectively between the sales team and company management to deliver performance reports and receive strategic directions.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager or in a sales management role within international retail fashion or handbag & accessories brands.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and manage an effective sales team.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication (in English) and presentation skills for interacting with customers and corporate management.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).
  • Willing to be assigned to any location.
  • Willing to travel for business purposes within and outside the city.
