Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience leading a quality or compliance function.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 37001, and ISO 27001.
• Experience in internal audit and compliance in multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s quality strategy and annual quality roadmap.
• Manage onboarding, coaching, and performance of team members.
• Design and implement quality management programs, KPIs, and measurement tools.
• Oversee quality-related documentation and reporting.
• Coordinate and support the Compliance Committee and Compliance Officer.
