Substance is seeking an experienced Amazon eCommerce & Growth Marketing Specialist to join our client's innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Amazon marketplace strategies and digital marketing techniques to drive growth, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility on one of the world's largest eCommerce platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns tailored to maximize product performance on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shopfront, Product and Catalog Development and eCommerce Management
  • Amazon Marketplace Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize product listings, maximize visibility, and increase sales through effective keyword utilization and enhanced content.
  • Advertising Management: Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands, to achieve key performance metrics and ROI goals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for positioning and growth within the Amazon marketplace.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on Amazon sales performance metrics and customer feedback to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment and integration of Amazon efforts with overall brand marketing initiatives.
  • Brand Protection: Monitor brand reputation and compliance on Amazon, addressing any issues proactively to maintain brand integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Amazon policy changes, eCommerce trends, and best practices to drive innovative strategies and maximize growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon eCommerce accounts and growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Advertising, SEO, and eCommerce best practices.
  • Experience with analytics tools (such as Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) to track performance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of email marketing, social media marketing, and digital marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
