We are building a talent pool for highly skilled AI Video Editor to support multiple clients, focusing on developing cutting‑edge, high‑volume advertising content similar to the scroll‑stopping visuals found in top ad libraries. This is a call for a creative powerhouse who is both imaginative and technically skilled, ready to blend AI innovation with flawless execution.

We are seeking individuals who will help shape the future of video by leading the development and execution of AI‑powered video concepts optimized for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Work Hours: Part‑time to Full‑time

Work Set‑Up: Remote; Independent Contractor

Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction and Innovation
  • Lead the development of cutting‑edge, AI‑powered video concepts, focusing on scroll‑stopping hooks and maximizing visual impact for performance marketing.
  • Master AI prompting techniques to guide outputs with precision and creative intent.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (Veo3, Wand, Kling, Dreamface, Pika Labs, Hailuo, etc.) and consistently bring bold, performance‑driven ideas to every campaign.
  • Translate creative vision into clear, actionable storyboards and briefs for execution.
Execution and Hybrid Quality Control
  • Manage the end‑to‑end workflow from text prompts to final video output, ensuring strict adherence to project goals and scroll‑stopping standards.
  • Maintain a strategic 50/50 blend of AI‑generated visuals and real footage (hybrid content) to deliver authentic, high‑quality results for advertising.
  • Review all outputs for visual integrity, storytelling strength, and alignment with Western content standards and client expectations.
  • Provide detailed, structured feedback (e.g., via Loom walkthroughs) to keep cross‑functional teams in sync.
Platform Mastery
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least 3–4 major AI creative platforms, with specific experience using Veo3 (required).
Role Requirements:
  • High level of proficiency in AI prompting techniques and practical experience with Veo3. Familiarity with Pika, Dreamface, Kling, Runway, and Clay AI is strongly preferred.
  • Proven experience in a creative leadership or senior execution role, ideally within an agency, media, or production environment supporting international clients.
  • Clear understanding of content standards and expertise in developing visual hooks that meet "scroll‑stopping" internal standards.
  • Skilled in developing storyboards, presenting creative concepts, and clearly articulating design decisions.
  • Ability to quickly learn and integrate new AI tools into fast‑paced production workflows.
Preferred Skills:
  • Background in video production, animation, or visual effects (VFX).
  • Hands‑on editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects, especially within hybrid AI‑human workflows.
  • Strong understanding of viral content dynamics across short‑form video and advertising campaigns.
  • Experience integrating AI automation with human‑driven creative processes.
