About the role

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of enhancing user experience by building an intelligent chatbot that interacts with clients in natural language. Leveraging our existing job posting systems and talent recommendation algorithms, you will play a crucial role in creating a user-friendly and efficient interface for clients to effortlessly manage their recruitment needs. Contract Duration is 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy an intelligent chatbot that guides users through the job posting and talent review processes using natural language interaction.


• Craft a seamless conversation flow that anticipates user queries, ensuring a natural and intuitive interaction throughout the entire process.


• Integrate the chatbot seamlessly with our existing job posting systems and talent matching algorithms, utilizing API calls to interface with product applications.


• Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and Large Language Model (LLM) to enable the chatbot to understand and respond to user inputs in plain English.


• Conduct thorough testing to identify and address any issues or improvements in the chatbot’s functionality. Optimize the chatbot for performance and user satisfaction.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and UX designers, to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
