You will work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product teams to help bring AI solutions from concept to production. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions, including natural language processing and other ML‑based features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and help translate them into AI‑driven solutions.
• Assist in the full AI development lifecycle, including experimentation, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Contribute to improving and optimizing existing AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support the integration of AI components into existing products and systems.
• Stay informed about new tools, frameworks, and best practices in AI and machine learning, and apply them where appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience building or contributing to machine learning or AI‑powered features used by end users.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Practical experience developing and implementing AI or ML solutions under guidance or as part of a team.
• Good understanding of core machine learning concepts, including common algorithms and basic deep learning techniques.
• Experience using LLM frameworks or tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Familiarity with NLP concepts and working with LLMs such as OpenAI models, LLaMA, Claude, or similar.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, data scientists, and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a willingness to learn, improve, and adapt to new technologies.
