About the job AI & Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities;

• Identify AI and digital transformation opportunities beyond existing data.
• Develop business-driven AI concepts and present them to stakeholders for implementation.
• Ensure that proposed technologies exist, are feasible, and can be successfully implemented.
• Navigate and manage resistance to digital transformation from internal teams.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to drive AI adoption.
• Support and align with PMO initiatives to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.

Requirements;

• Background in health industry, insurance, FMCG, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in consumer insights, business innovation, or PMO is beneficial.
• Strong ability to identify AI opportunities beyond available data.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning (not for execution, but for feasibility assessment).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive AI adoption and overcome resistance.
• Strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.
