As an AI Application Developer, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that address business needs, improve operational efficiency, and introduce practical innovation into day-to-day workflows. The applications you build will have a direct impact on large-scale, real-world logistics operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications integrated with AI capabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI/ML and recommend data-driven improvements to business processes.
• Develop and integrate machine learning models, whether custom-built or API-based, into scalable applications.
• Convert business requirements into clear technical designs, including assessments of AI feasibility.
• Continuously explore and evaluate emerging AI technologies such as large language models, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
• Manage tasks and deliver AI-based solutions in alignment with project timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Core Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python and .NET Core (C#).
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js and MVC-based frameworks.
• Solid expertise in MS SQL database design, tuning, and optimization.
• At least 2 years of experience in software development.

AI / Machine Learning Skills

• Advanced Python usage for AI/ML development (e.g., NumPy, Pandas).
• Experience with AI frameworks, cloud-based AI services, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Understanding of NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics.
