Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience as Team Leader, Business Development Supervisor, or Sales Supervisor in agriinput is preferred.
• Demonstrate a good attitude, high motivation, and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Find and acquire new partners in agriinput.
• Develop, manage, and grow the partners.
• Support the sales coordinator in negotiations and securing R2 partners.
• Initiate promotion programs to increase market shares.
