We are looking for a passionate Aftermarket Representative Officer who will drive the efficiency and effectiveness of spare parts sales through customer-focused service, operational accuracy, proactive inventory coordination, and strategic market engagement—while ensuring safety and compliance with OHSE standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviours in support of developing a world-class safety culture.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with technical and commercial solutions, and manage quotes, POs, and delivery notes via SAP.
  • Execute and monitor sales and production orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery using SAP and internal systems.
  • Build and maintain long-term aftermarket customer relationships through proactive communication and regular updates.
  • Monitor MRP and inventory levels, collaborating with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability.
  • Analyze quote performance, supply chain KPIs, and customer trends to improve efficiency and pricing strategies.
Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience using SAP for managing sales orders, quotations, purchase orders (POs), and delivery notes—especially in the spare parts domain.
  • Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling, dashboards
  • Data Analysis: Quote tracking, order trends, backorder root cause
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Statistics, Business Management preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a relevant role (data/BD)
  • Willingness to frequently travel to mine sites
