Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing industrial pumps. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience in after-sales in a multinational company for the job of After-Sales Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:
  • Direct report to Senior Sales Manager and GM
  • Manage a sales engineering team that covers the After-Sales Market
  • Developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans for an entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones
  • Managing and coordinating sales staff, leading market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services
  • Provide sales support and technical advice to the sales and marketing team on a wide range of pump products
  • Working with executives to determine budgets and targets,
  • Charged with developing pricing strategies for products and services
  • Count on marketing strategy for profitability and results
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Degree in Engineer or related field
  • At least ten years' experience in sales and managing the team in a multinational company
  • Strong exposure in handling After Sales Market
  • Strong exposure in pump and rotating equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in mining, industrial, project-based, etc
  • Effective relationship management and communication skills
  • Able to give and receive feedback, effective communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, effective presentation skills
  • Willing to be based in Surabaya
