• Monitor shipment itinerary from ATD to Gateway.
• Ensure correctness of Invoice Airlines.

Job description

Job Purpose:

Manage daily booking arrangement as well consolidation for AFR Export shipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange with Carriers for blocked space which will be reflected in the standard consolidation schedule
• Maintains contract/correspondence with Carriers such as negotiating Ad-Hoc rates
• Responsible to check update rates on TTC & HX report after received report from FICO
• Responsible to monitor itinerary of the shipment from ATD until Gateway
• Ensuring Airlines MAWB stock available and provided
• Checking and ensure for correctness of Invoice Airlines
• Close follow up with carriers for commercial issue
• Informs superior and relevant functional unit continuously and in good term of occurrences within his/her area of responsibility
• Thermonet Support
• Comply with QHSE procedure and regulation
• Actively participate in all QHSE program

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Air Freight matters minimum 2 years
• English Fluency both in writing and speaking
• Computer Literacy is a must
• Results oriented without compromising Respect
• Has all technical competencies that required by the position
