Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support and coordinate daily administrative operations across multiple functions. This role requires strong administrative skills to ensure efficient business processes in Sales Administration, After‑Sales Administration, Purchasing & Inventory, E‑commerce Administration, and HR Administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, review, and verify SQ, SO, and DO documents to ensure accurate and timely issuance of Sales Invoices (SI).
  • Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documentation and ensure smooth sales operations and service delivery.
  • Process and submit business travel expense claims through the Lark system.
  • Prepare and submit service worksheet documentation via Lark and coordinate follow‑up actions with the Sales Administration team.
  • Prepare and submit Purchase Requisition (PR) data in the Accurate system and coordinate with the Purchasing team for Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
  • Record Receiving In (RI) transactions for delivered goods in the Accurate system to ensure accurate inventory records and seamless sales administration processes.
E-commerce Administration

Maintain and update data on e-commerce platforms, including product listings and transactional records.

HR Administration

Maintain employee records, leave administration, and payroll‑related documentation in accordance with company policies.

Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in administration or operations support roles.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
