Overview

This role involves both sales closing and administrative work, with warm leads provided by the company (no cold calling) and clear daily workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming warm leads and inquiries from business clients via WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
  • Provide clear information about products/services, pricing, and solutions based on client needs.
  • Actively follow up leads and manage the sales process from initial contact until deal closing.
  • Maintain accurate client and sales activity data in CRM or internal systems.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales pipeline and closing reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure solution readiness and smooth deal execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data security regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Office Administrative, Sales Support, Account Executive, or Business Development.
  • Comfortable handling sales follow-ups, negotiations, and closing with business clients.
  • Target-oriented and familiar with sales KPIs and pipeline tracking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
