Responsibilities

• Ensure the accuracy and timely reporting of Accounting and Tax.
• Oversee daily operations of accounting team.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements.

Job description

Ensure the accuracy and timely report of Accounting and Tax.

Provide advice and professional judgement related to Accounting and Tax.

Oversee daily operations of accounting team consisting of 10 members.

Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements and present the reports to the BOD.

Ensure compliance with federal and state financial and tax laws.

Coordinate annual audits, financial due diligence for fund rising.

Bridge and communicate all accounting and tax record needs to the IT Development Department to create dashboards and internal system.

Meet all financial objectives within the company.

Requirements:

Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00) from a reputable university.

Around 10 years of relevant working experience in Accounting or Audit (preferably in a Big Corporation or Start-up Company).

Have strong analytical and logical skills in solving problems and reconciling numbers and accounts.

Excellent analytical skills and detail-oriented.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.

Exceptional analytical and strategic-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.

Experience in Tax Report PPh, PPN, CIT.

Familiar with ESPT, Web SPT, and DJP system.

Having the certification of Brevet Tax A & B is preferred.
