Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance professional to manage tax preparation, financial reporting, and budgeting. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, proven experience, and proficiency in accounting software. This role requires excellent analytical and time management skills along with certifications such as CA and Brevet A, B, C.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in Accounting, Finance & Tax.
• Professional certifications such as a Certified Accountant (CA) will be an advantage.
• Brevet A, B and C certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns.
• Organize, maintain, and update financial records.
• Create periodic financial reports.
• Prepare yearly budgets and coordinate with departments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax laws.
• Input and manage financial data using accounting software.
• Responsible for Internal and External Audit.
• Manage the Accounting & Finance Team.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Tax preparation and planning: Prepare and file quarterly and annual tax returns, estimate tax liabilities, and recommend tax strategies to minimize liabilities and improve financial outcomes.
• Financial record maintenance: Organize, maintain, and update financial records, including ledgers, financial statements, and databases.
• Financial reporting: Create periodic financial reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements, and present financial data to management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Budgeting: prepared yearly budget and coordinate with related department.
• Compliance and analysis: Ensure compliance with accounting principles and tax laws, analyze financial discrepancies, and perform risk analysis.
• Data management: Input and manage financial data using accounting software, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Audit: Responsible for Internal and External Audit.
• Responsible for Manage Accounting & Finance Team.

Required skills and qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is typically required.
• Experience: Proven work experience in Accounting, Finance & Tax.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP S/4Hanna /ECC6) and strong computer literacy, especially with MS Excel, are essential.
• Soft skills: Excellent analytical, numerical, and time management skills are important, along with a keen attention to detail.
