Job description

Finance & Accounting Manager

Prepare consolidated financial statements monthly and submit financial analysis reports to the China headquarters.

Conduct internal reconciliation with other companies and ensure monthly reconciliation accuracy.

Develop accounting treatments for new business scenarios.

Collaborate with multiple countries and use the Tagetik system to complete reporting tasks.

Assist and take responsibility for the audit processes with PwC.

Assist the tax team in preparing for tax audits and calculating monthly corporate income tax.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields; possessing CPA certification or Brevet A/B/C is preferred.
• Over 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years of team management or supervisory experience (Supervisor/Manager level).
• Experience in large enterprises or multinational companies; industry experience is a plus (courier/logistics industry preferred).
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations (Pajak), proficient in accounting standards (PSAK), with solid financial knowledge.
• Familiar with Yonyou (UFIDA) financial software.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot / data analysis), PowerPoint, and other office tools.
• Experience in handling audits (internal/external), capable of independently coordinating with auditors.
• Able to independently prepare financial statements and consolidated reports.
• Fluent in spoken English for communication; proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills, high stress tolerance, and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
