Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial records are up to date.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Monitor cash flow, investment activities, and risk management strategies to optimize financial performance.

Maintain and improve internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles.

Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

Job Qualifications

At least 5-7 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax management, with a proven track record in a managerial role.

Proficient in accounting software (Xero) and Microsoft Office.

Strong knowledge of tax compliance, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis preferred.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
