Prepare, review, and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and fixed asset management.

Handle tax audits and compliance, ensuring all documentation and reporting meet local regulations and deadlines.

Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting.

Develop and implement internal controls and accounting procedures.

Provide leadership, training, and performance evaluation for accounting team members.

Collaborate with management to support business planning and strategic decision-making.

Other related tasks as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Minimum diploma/bachelor degree in Accounting or in a related major for this role.

Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience in a related role, with the last role in the manufacturing industry.

Experience in accounting and tax is essential.

Strong time management skills for reporting and other responsibilities.
