Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and generating new business opportunities.

The role includes building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also be expected to prepare sales reports, forecast sales performance, and collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/Informatics/Information Systems/Business Management or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the data center, mechanical, or electrical industries
  • A technical background in UPS, Power Systems, IT Infrastructure, Networking, or Structured Cabling.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager/Account Manager is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales planning, sales strategy, and target achievement.
  • Experience in market research, business development, and competitor analysis.
  • Able to use CRM, manage pipelines, and create sales documentation.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical, able to create sales forecasts, and think strategically.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, and possess leadership qualities (at senior level).
  • Customer-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Willing to go on business trips.
