About the role

As an Account Manager at PT Wenfeng International Group, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing key client relationships. Reporting to the Sales Director, this full-time position is located in North Jakarta, Jakarta. You will be responsible for driving business growth, fostering strong partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of assigned accounts, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and cross‑selling
  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with clients through regular communication and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure the delivery of high‑quality products and services that meet client needs
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue and profitability
  • Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, challenges, and growth initiatives
  • Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and contract renewals to secure business and maintain client trust
  • Identify and address client concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively
  • Support the broader sales team in achieving overall company objectives
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client relationship management role, preferably in the sales industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with clients
