AutoKon provides digital infrastructure for construction management in Indonesia, leveraging WhatsApp to streamline key processes and improve accountability for developers, contractors and relevant stakeholders in the industry.

We’re backed by Navv Studio and a board of key strategic advisors. We are currently powering pilots as part of Indonesia’s 3 Million Homes initiative. Our work is actively engaging key stakeholders across government and industry, and together with a founding team with deep experience in commercial, technology and design.

With field-proven pilots and an ambitious growth plan ahead, we’re looking for an ownership-driven Accounts Manager to help us close deals, support clients, and ensure delivery with speed and precision.

You’ll chase and close leads already in our pipeline — not cold call strangers.

You’ll manage real revenue — issuing quotations, invoices, and post-sale coordination.

You’ll be the bridge between sales, finance, and product — seeing deals through to delivery.

You’ll grow into an Accounts Lead owning revenue and client success as AutoKon scales.

Deal Conversion & Account Management
  • Chase and close warm leads from WhatsApp, referrals, and founder handoffs.
  • Draft and send quotations and invoices for client approval
  • Own post-sale relationships, be the point of contact for your accounts
  • Identify and upscale upsell opportunities across the product suite
Internal Coordination & Delivery
  • Collaborate with the Product Lead to ensure client delivery is smooth and on time
  • Keep all relevant teams aligned with weekly updates and milestone tracking
  • Escalate and resolve client delivery issues quickly and clearly
Reporting & Operations
  • Update CRM weekly with deal stage, value, and handover progress
  • Provide weekly reports with KPIs, blockers, and next actions
  • Help refine sales processes, templates, and account success checklists
Metrics & Impact
  • Lead conversion rate from pre-qualified pipeline
  • Turnaround time for quotations issued to clients
  • Accuracy rate of client invoicing and billing processes
  • On-time delivery rate for client handovers and onboarding
  • Consistency of CRM updates for active leads and accounts
  • Client satisfaction levels, gathered via check-ins or feedback loops
  • Revenue contribution tracked from managed accounts
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
  • Based in Jakarta and field-ready to travel within Jabodetabek
  • 5+ years experience in account management, sales ops, or client success
  • Experience with CRM tools, invoicing systems, and ideally Odoo
  • Comfortable closing leads, handling paperwork, and owning client outcomes
  • High responsiveness, strong attention to detail, and ownership mindset
  • Fluent in using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Notion AI, Claude) to improve operational productivity

  • A learning mindset and eagerness to experiment with AI-driven solutions for everyday work

  • Monthly Compensation: Negotiable, based on experience & remuneration arrangement
  • Equity (ESOP): 0.1%–1.00% ownership with standard 4-year vesting (1-year cliff)
