Company Summary:

A regional technology solutions provider with strong presence across Southeast Asia is expanding its Indonesia operations. The company delivers infrastructure solutions, managed services, enterprise software, and application development to major enterprises and financial institutions. They are now hiring their first Account Manager in Indonesia to help build and grow their client base, especially within the Financial Services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition within the Financial Services sector (banks, fintech, insurance, etc.).
  • Identify, qualify, and close opportunities for: IT infrastructure solutions, Managed services, Application development & integration, Enterprise technology solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers: CIO, IT Directors, Procurement, and Business Leaders.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to expand market presence in Indonesia.
  • Collaborate with regional technical and delivery teams to propose solutions, respond to RFPs, and support customer needs.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, demos, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or account management.
  • Strong background in System Integration, IT solutions, infrastructure, or application development services.
  • Proven track record selling into Financial Services Institutions (FSI).
  • Demonstrated success in opening new accounts and driving revenue.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with regional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (required).
