GrabFood Omnicommerce is a growing team responsible for expanding Omnicommerce solutions in the market. We make critical decisions to serve the lives of merchant partners and provide the best offers for our consumers.

Get To Know The Role

We are looking for an Account Officer to bring partnerships to our business. You should be goal-oriented, target-driven, and experienced in establishing communication and engagement with prospects. You will be based onsite in Grab Semarang.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Report to the Regional Manager
  • Improve sales and close deals to expand the Omnicommerce business
  • Oversee the complete sales process from identifying potential clients to finalizing agreements
  • Discover new sales opportunities through networking and establish them as long-term partnerships
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty and stay in regular contact to address their needs
  • Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction, negotiate agreements, and keep accurate sales records

Qualifications

Essential Skills Needed:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as Account Executive or similar sales/customer service position
  • Experience with market research, sales principles, and negotiation techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities and organizational skills, coupled with enthusiasm and experience in the role
