As an Account Executive at Runpod, your mission is to drive new strategic deals with enterprise and high‑growth customers. You’ll focus on acquiring and closing new strategic customers, expanding Runpod’s presence across key market segments, negotiating complex contracts, and closing high ARR deals centered on Runpod’s AI infrastructure offerings. You must be a consultative seller who understands how to map infrastructure and AI/ML use cases.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently meet or exceed new annual recurring revenue (ARR) and bookings quotas, while maintaining strong deal velocity, win rates, and healthy average deal sizes. You’ll be expected to manage a robust pipeline and to demonstrate accuracy and discipline in forecasting and pipeline management. Additional performance indicators include the ability to shorten sales cycles, develop strategic partnerships, and generate high‑quality customer introductions and referrals that contribute to sustained revenue growth.
