A large care provider is looking for a compassionate Quality Officer in Peterlee, County Durham. This role involves supporting high-quality care services and working closely with care professionals. Responsibilities include risk assessments, planning care worker rotas, and ensuring compliance with standards. Shifts:30 Hours Monday to Friday (You must have a Full UK Driving Licence & access to your own vehicle for this role)
Human Support Group (CCH Group) is in search of a caring and empathetic Quality Officer to provide dedicated support to the local people of Peterlee, County Durham.
As a Quality Officer you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care professionals.
As an integral member of Human Support Group (CCH Group), you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the well‑being and quality of life of each individual under your care.
Your responsibilities will include:
The successful Quality Officer will be expected to spend the majority of their working time in the community carrying out their primary functions, but their role will typically also entail a certain amount of office‑based administrative work.
