Overview
Support Worker — Town: Friday Bridge. £12.55 per hour. UK Manual Driving Licence required. Typical Shifts: Mon-Sun 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm plus a sleep-in.
What you’ll do
Help people gain more independence in their daily lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, and supporting social activities.
Work within a dynamic team to support a group of individuals in a supported living service (The Leam in Friday Bridge).
Engage in activities such as community outings or arts and crafts, and support in achieving personal goals (e.g., preparing meals, going on holidays).

Qualifications and requirements
Full UK driving licence
Resilient, flexible and composed in approach
Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
