Support Worker — Town: Friday Bridge. £12.55 per hour. UK Manual Driving Licence required. Typical Shifts: Mon-Sun 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm plus a sleep-in.

• Help people gain more independence in their daily lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging access to local communities, and supporting social activities.
• Work within a dynamic team to support a group of individuals in a supported living service (The Leam in Friday Bridge).
• Engage in activities such as community outings or arts and crafts, and support in achieving personal goals (e.g., preparing meals, going on holidays).

• Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
• Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex needs, mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
