A trusted staffing agency in the UK is looking for a Social Worker to join the Adults Learning Disabilities Team in Darlington. This full-time role offers a daily rate of £196.95, with responsibilities including conducting assessments and collaborating on funding discussions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work, registration with Social Work England, and relevant experience with learning disabilities.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant frontline experience as a qualified Social Worker.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
Responsabilités
- Conduct assessments and support planning for adults with learning disabilities.
- Collaborate with ICB/CHC teams on funding discussions.
- Manage Court of Protection applications and safeguarding enquiries.
- Handle a varied caseload with competing priorities.

- Significant frontline experience in UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, including assessments and planning.
