Community Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) - Band 2/3

You'll work across a 7-day rota (7.5 hrs/day), including weekends & bank holidays. Shifts: 8.15-4.15 or 10.45-6.45.
The RoleJoin Bromley Healthcare's District Nursing Teams in Bromley, Beckenham, Orpington, or Biggin Hill, delivering care in patients' homes. You'll provide person-centred support for people with long-term conditions, rehabilitation needs, or end-of-life care, plus delegated clinical tasks (e.g. observations, wound care, catheter support) depending on your competencies.
Band 2 Entry: For those new to care - full training provided.
Band 2 Development: For candidates with some experience, building skills via structured training.
Band 3 Competent: For experienced staff confident in a wide range of delegated tasks.

Deliver high-quality personal and clinical care to patients in the community
Support individuals with long term conditions, post-hospital care, and patients at end of life
Working autonomously but have access to the support and supervision of experienced community nurses.
