Our client are a Managed Service Provider, we deliver high-performance IT services to clients across the UK, empowering businesses to stay connected and secure. With ever growing demand for our 25+ years of expertise, we’re on the lookout for a talented Network Support Engineer to join our expanding networking team.
As a Network Support Engineer, with the wider team you’ll be the go-to specialist for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising complex network infrastructures. You’ll support both LAN and WAN environments, working across switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions, while also helping clients transition to modern cloud networking technologies.
Expect a mix of remote diagnostics and on-site implementations, with the opportunity to get hands-on with enterprise-grade solutions in a variety of industries.
You’re an IT professional with proven networking support experience. You enjoy problem‑solving, thrive in dynamic environments, and can explain complex technical issues clearly to non‑technical users.
Hours : Mon–Fri 08 : 30–17 : 00 + Sat AM rota (after 6 months)
Holiday : 22 days + bank holidays

Transport : Own transport required for on‑site visits
