A leading educational organization in Peterborough is seeking a Work Experience Recruitment Officer to connect students with high-quality work placements. This role involves proactively sourcing new employer partnerships and driving outreach efforts to build a strong workforce pipeline. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-facing role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate business leads. Salary – £26,994 per annum, pay award pending
Hours – 37 hours per week, all year round
Contract – Permanent
Location – Peterborough

As a Work Experience Recruitment Officer, you’ll be the face of Inspire Education Group (IEG) within the business community – finding, securing, and nurturing employer partnerships that transform students’ futures. You will actively source new work placement opportunities through research, outreach, networking, and employer engagement. Every relationship you build directly benefits our learners and strengthens the college’s position as a leading skills provider.

The successful candidate will be subject to a thorough vetting process which includes an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references.
