A family-run maintenance provider in East Midlands is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner/Technician. This role requires delivering high-quality maintenance works while ensuring excellent customer service and safety. Qualifications include a full UK driving licence and ideally an NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction trade. We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run maintenance and compliance provider working across local authority, education, retail and private sectors. They’re looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Joiner / Technician to deliver high‑quality reactive and planned works while acting as the friendly, professional face of the business on site.
Hours : 40 Hour week, Mon to Fri
- NVQ or City & Guilds in a construction trade (desirable)
- Experience in FM, retail or public buildings (desirable)
- Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive works
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Commitment to safety and excellent customer service
