As Head of Proposition in J.P. Morgan Personal Investing, you will lead the evolution and execution of our UK investment strategy. • Shape and deliver a compelling UK investments proposition that drives acquisition, engagement, profitability, and exceptional customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize, and own the end‑to‑end customer proposition in the UK market.
• Manage and evolve Customer Outcome Indicators and risk metrics to identify emerging issues and mitigate potential harms.
• Partner with commercial and marketing teams to define and own customer value management, including product adoption and incentive strategies.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of P&L drivers across product domains and drive prioritization of initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer insights analysis to inform a dynamic multi‑year proposition roadmap.
• Cascade market‑specific requirements, competitor, and customer insights between product domains.
• Use data‑driven insights to enhance features, messaging, and channel strategies for improved customer acquisition and engagement.
• Identify opportunities and threats from regulatory changes, shaping policy perspectives and responses.
