A care services provider is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weybridge to manage and supervise caregivers delivering essential services. This role requires solid leadership skills, a passion for maintaining high standards, and at least NVQ Level 3 care qualification. Care Elmbridge is recruiting an energetic and empathetic Field Care Supervisor to join our enthusiastic team. We do not provide sponsorship for this position. A driving licence is a must.
Your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the activities of field staff or caregivers who provide services to clients in their homes or other community settings. Other responsibilities include:
You’ll be a great communicator, highly motivated and organized, with solid leadership skills and a passion for driving efficiency and maintaining high standards. You’ll also need a care qualification or equivalent to at least NVQ Level 3, or working towards Level 3. Ideally you will have 1 to 2 years experience as a Field Care Supervisor.
